I left my\u00a0\u00a0Biotechnology studies (I love genetics) to get closer to something with more meaning for me, which would lead me to connect with people, understand what makes them suffer, and be happy, that is, psychology. It was the best decision of my life. Later, my urgent need to explore the world led me to live in different countries, and I <\/span>have been seeing patients from different backgrounds and cultures for years. Among them are the students of the Berklee School of Music and other American universities. In turn, I started a path of self-knowledge through training in Humanist Therapy. My process has allowed me to deepen myself, to live better, and why not, to be a better therapist. I drink from many streams of therapy and use a practical, solution-focused approach with a humanistic background. I\u2019m a General Health Psychologist with EMDR therapy training and a humanistic psychology background, my work involves finding which deep limiting believes you hold about yourself and processing the memories feeding them with the effective use of EMDR. Beyond my professional background, I\u2019m a deeply curious person who never stops learning\u2014both about psychology and the world around me. Having lived in Australia, the UK, and the Netherlands, I understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with moving to a new country.<\/p>\n

This curiosity drove me to start traveling alone at 16, having experiences that still shape who I am. I speak French (my native language), English, and Spanish, with each language offering a different perspective on life.<\/p>\n

At 18, I moved to Spain by myself. Adjusting to a new country, learning the language, and finding my place far from loved ones was an intense, transformative process. It connected me to others with similar experiences and pushed me to question, deconstruct, and rebuild myself. I know what it feels like to experience shifts in identity, values, and how you relate to the world\u2014a journey that heavily influences how I support people today.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve always been naturally inclined to listen, understand, and hold space for others. I realized psychology was the field where this all made sense, and I found my true calling there. Supporting people through their processes has become an essential part of my life.<\/p>\n

My approach is human, warm, and integrative. I\u2019ve primarily worked with people dealing with migration, gender-based violence, trauma, and grief. For me, therapy must be a safe space where you can explore what you\u2019re going through, at your own pace and based on your specific needs. My clients often share that they feel empathy and trust from the first session, which is very important to me.<\/p>\n

Since my teenage years, I knew my vocation was to help others, so when the time came to choose a career, the decision was clear: I chose psychology. After completing my degree and a Master\u2019s in Addictions, I decided to move to England to work in a mental health hospital and gain hands-on experience. Following two years of personal and professional growth, I embarked on a new adventure in a multinational company in Slovakia. A year later, I chose to return to my path in psychology, so I moved back to Spain to qualify as a Health Psychologist and begin my professional journey.<\/p>\n

Since then, I have continued training in perinatal psychosomatic psychology, and I work from different therapeutic approaches, adapting to the unique needs of each individual. I am a curious, warm, and approachable person, passionate about emotions and human relationships.
